Signed-in members can self-refund subscription payments within 30 days.

Seller Pro and Elite plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period is not prorated. Subscription payments are refundable within 30 days of purchase from the refunds page.
Marketplace orders
Marketplace orders are not eligible for self-service refunds — buyers and sellers agree on pickup or delivery directly. If materials are materially different from the listing or the seller cancels, contact us within 7 days at support@reclaim.example and we will help mediate a refund.
Featured listing boosts
Featured placements are non-refundable once the boost has started.
Chargebacks
Please reach out to us before filing a chargeback — we can usually resolve issues faster directly.
